With one foot in the objective realm of material science and the other balanced on the precipice of the unknown in such topics as ESP, near-death experience, UAP encounters, life after death and out of body travel, Our film introduces the leading voices in this difficult field of academic research. We also meet those eye witnesses who’ve come face to face with the phenomena. We explore the fundamental question, “What is the source of consciousness?” It is one of the biggest mysteries of mankind and one of the remaining “hard questions” of science.
Materialist theories, that the brain is the origin of consciousness, are now being challenged by new scientific evidence. The true nature of reality and what it means to be human are in the balance in, The Consciousness Connection.
About the Production
The Consciousness Connection feature documentary film is being produced by the team of executive producer Robert Davis, Ph.D. professor, research scientist, speaker, and author of numerous books on the subject, and the Emmy-winning documentary film-making team of director Dave C. Beaty, and producers Wilson Hawthorne and John Biffar from Dreamtime Entertainment Digital. We are currently in the pre-production phase of development.
To date, we have accomplished so much. By leveraging crowd-sourced funds for travel we have been able to interview numerous experts around the country. These include Ph.D..s and medical doctors in Washington and Virginia, researching Near near-death experiences, and scientists conducting experiments into anomalous events in San Francisco. Along with exciting programs at The Monroe Institute, we continue to collect fascinating material and footage. But we are far from crossing the finish line and ask for your support in funding this important program.
